The Right Track Sports CIC was formed in 2014 by our CEO James Ellis. We specialize in working closely with young adults with majority of our work benefitting those of special needs and disabilities in the west midlands, giving them the opportunity to express themselves using sports. We are dedicated to ensuring ‘no child is left behind’.

Our vision is that The Right Track Sports contributes towards producing a more active and healthy community, through the provision of high quality sporting opportunities.
We aim to work in collaboration with a range of agencies and community service providers to offer a platform for individual development with a focus on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.
Healthier and more active communities – To achieve our vision we aim to widen our menu of initiatives and activities incorporating a greater selection of traditional and non-traditional physical activity to increase participation.
<br\><br\>Stronger communities – improve community cohesion and breakdown geographic and social barriers. We aim to achieve this by uniting people through regular social interaction. A recognition of being part of a cultural diverse community is reflected in everything we do.
